We made it 100% organic GOTS certified cotton. Quality is key and the better quality cotton the longer it will last. Its extra large design 43"x 27" 250gsm will fit even the longest of hair. We added a sleek elastic band to help secure it to your head when worn in tuban style after shower. The thickness is thicker than a T-shirt at 250gsm. The absorption is more than a T-shirt, Less than a microfiber. Why is it good to not over dry your hair? When you use a Microfiber towel you are drying out your hair to much before styling where your left with frizzing hair and flat roots. Not mention it strips your natural moisture out. Our Michambé towel cuts out frizz, reduces split ends and adds shine.
